Keurig Supreme Plus TS
I have had mine for a month and the K cup backs up in the pod holder and grounds are everywhere and no coffee. It was working fine until two days ago. Has anyone had this problem? I did send it back and getting a replacement sent. I have had four Keurig’s and never had an issue with any of them.
I’ve had the Supreme for 2 1/2 years now and mine has done that rarely. I clean it then it doesn’t do it again for a few months. I run vinegar water mixture through and let it sit for an hour and then flush with clean water. With a new unit you shouldn’t have that problem so maybe a lemon I don’t know.
i had a similar model had six months stopped working keurig replaced under warranty second one started to do the same just after warranty was over i reported to keurig that the machine should of been recalled did not hear anything back my original keurig had for over twenty years so thinking about going back to bigger model just disappointed as i liked the smaller model if you have problems report to keurig maybe they will recall it definitely something wrong with that style of machine
I received my replacement but the wrong color was delivered. I wanted black stainless and got the stainless. I guess it doesn’t matter as long as it works, but I really wanted the black.
I had this issue, not with the most recent model, but older ones. I think it may be the k cups. Some just don’t fit right and you can indeed get quite the mess to clean up in the morning.
I never had a problem with K cups. I tried three different ones with this one and all of them backed up in the pod. I should be getting my replacement today, and if this one does it, back it goes, and I will shop for a different brand.
