HP Envy 7800 Photo Printer Cartridges Missing From Box

The rep from Customer service told me that several customers complained that they were unable to find the free black and tricolor ink cartridges in the shipment.
When my printer was delivered on Jan 12 2023, I found the free starter ink cartridges embedded on the left side of the box behind a piece of cardboard. I hope that helped those who may have inadvertently thrown out the cartridges. On the other hand, if the cartridges were not included, customer service will gladly contact HP and have them ship out the missing cartridges.
