Don't bother to have an gift item delivered to someone.

I had that happen to me too. I called and they said I was at fault. I was not, and had to re-send it myself, which was a hassle. I have ordered before and had it sent to someone else, and there were no troubles. I think the standards of the whole company have gone down hill since they merged with QVC.
