Rastelli has the giant facility that can butcher, pack, freeze and ship Curtis Stone products.. Curtis owns two restaurants, not a meat packing facility. He also has American lobster, scallops and shrimp, but again Rastelli packs, freezes and ships it for him. The only products that seem off are the pork products and the Faroe Island ones. They both use the same source but again Rastelli has the facility to do packing, freezing and shipping for him..
