Curtis Stone's multi cooker
I finally purchased his tiny cookbook when it was on sale and a free shipping day. I thought it could be helpful in using the 2 qt. cooker I purchased (and I use it a lot). But when I received it saw that it has all recipes listed to choose from-small/medium/ and large. Which is the 2 quart one considered? I am thinking medium?

Great question, @gardeningfreak! Based on Curtis’s presentation, the 2-quart cooker would be the Small size, since he describes Small as serving about 2 people. The recipes in the cookbook should work perfectly if you follow the Small measurements. Medium is for four and Large is for six. Happy cooking! 🍽️💕
