Curtis stone pots and pans
How can I communicate to Curtis stone to please make larger pots and pans. Looking for 6 and 8 quart pots and 12” sauté pan but unable to find.

have to say the first time I purchased a frying pan nonstick from him and it was faulty, I tried to call the 800 number and no one answered.
Nice job. Never did I purchase another thing insofar as cooking products or gadgets.
His food is decent though. -
The best thing Curtis Stone offers is his salmon. I don’t really purchase his pots or pans I have read too many negative reviews. His fried shrimp is disgusting I tasted it an could not swallow it it was that bad and I love shrimp.
My whole family said the same thing his fried shrimp is absolutely disgusting. -
All of my Curtis Stone colored pots, pans and griddles (RED) have discolored and turned to black.
I don’t use high heat. (Gas) . They last about a year. He may be a Michelin star chef, but his cook wears are not up to par. I still buy his Faro Island salmon. -
Curtis stone himself should be informed of his pots, pans and cookware quality. The fact that he offers colors should come with a warning bc every single colored pot and pan has discolored and has spotty black spots. His customer service says it’s not suppose to reach a certain temp. I just use it on my gas stove and the heat is not high at its highest, customer service is not a service bc it takes numerous emails to receive a reply.
Dear Curtis Stone, please don’t lie to HSN customers, or any customers. Customers are complaining about your easy peel non stick or your exterior colored cookware discolor. I think Curtis stones team needs to work with the manufacturer. HSN please have a liberal return policy or HSN/ Curtis Stone QUALITY, COMPLAINT OR DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE line, dept or easy to contact, as Curtis stones company representatives are close to useless.

I submitted a request for an exchange for one of the many pans I purchased bc the bottom got very dark and the non stick wore away and was basically fluffed off. I was told darkening is not covered in the 1 year warranty, never addressing the non stick wearing off and food sticking. Now my year “warranty” has expired and zero response to my issue.
I am extremely disappointed in HSN and Curtis stones customer service. I have spent over $400 on products and I can’t get a replacement pan for the only one that had a problem. I live the products but a defective one should be addressed. Poor customer service!!!-
Same happened to me-the non stick was crazing and peeling and the warranty company diddle -arted around until the warranty date expired- received an email that the 1 year expired-never acknowledged my defect filing – said it was never received.

Well, I am close to 70 yrs old, and when I spent close to 200.00 for this set of Curtis Stone cookware after watching the hyped infomercial on HSN for this “ JUST WIPE IT OUT MATE” cookware with the “ best nonstick and durable” in the industry”.I told my husband this is a name we could trust and it would be my last set for the rest of my life, so we bought it. What a joke, the large sauce pot has rust spots all over the bottom. I hope he reads this because I will never buy another product of his again nor will I purchase anything from HSN.

Me too!-started with 2 everyday pans -was a tsv- garbage – after you have used them a couple times everything sticks- they replaced one of those pans. Then, like you, i bought a whole set -my sauce pans are no longer flat on the stove top. My 13 x 9 has rusted, the cookie pan has warped and rusted and the 3 quart is also not flat and i had to throw it away- i guess if you use them every once in a while or are demoing right out of the box they are fine- they last about a year if you use everyday. Any non stick granite surface from the discount buyout stores will work just as well

I really like that square grill pan that Curtis made and use it constantly. Mine too is wearing thin on the non-stick finish. Hoping Curtis reads this and makes another one just like it; I know they don’t last forever! Much prefer the grill to the griddle.

Question for Curtis Stone: The flat griddle pan that I’ve had and used a lot shows signs that the little white specks on the nostick finish is wearing off; Is that normal? I noticed that that pan is no longer available.

I’m sorry this has happened, @islandcandies. We really appreciate your feedback, and are glad to pass it along so improvements can be made.

Why does Curtis stone cookwares exterior colors develop dark markings that dish soap and water can’t remove. I baked in the oven at 350 and pan and non glass lid turned black. Is there a special soap I am to use? Is there something tricky about the exterior of his colored pans turning black?
