Curtis Stone multi-cooker TS

I bought the Curtis Stone Multi Cooker and some accessories for it recently, but it doesn’t have the Use and Care Guide. I called HSN because they told me that they cannot just sent me the guide. I was given a phone number to call the Curtis Stone Company to request the guide, however, I was told by them that they cannot send me a guide. I explained to the Curtis Stone Customer Service lady that I have no way to print out the guide from my computer, so having the Multi Cooker does me no good. I asked her if I’m supposed to send it back and she told me that “that’s one option.” How caring. I know that it’s supposed to be on the More Info section on the computer, but like I mention, I have no way of printing the guide and the thought of going to the computer to look at the info all the time seems like such a hassle, primarily due to vision & back issues. Does anyone know how to obtain the actual guide that was supposed to be included with the Multi Cooker? If I send this Multi Cooker back, I’ll lose out on the TS that I bought it with and will wind up paying more when they get more in, hopefully with the Guides in the boxes. I have a kitchen full of Curtis Stone Dura(everythings,) cookware, bakeware, gadgets and accessories and have never had any kind of problem before until this occurrence. Thank you so much.

I did not purchase one because it was not on free shipping and not enough flex pays were offered. HSN sent a $15 coupon but you had to spend $30 in order to use it and the cooker was $29.95. I didn’t need one anyway. If I had ordered one it would have been the green.
