Curtis Stone Filet Mignon Tips
Can anyone suggest the best way to cook Curtis’ filet mignon tips? I’m not as savvy as other cooks. Should I just put these in the skillet and brown them, like burgers? (Please forgive my ignorance.)

You can cook them like any meat and substitute them for chicken in a casserole or stir fry. You can skillet fry them or air fry them and slice into a salad or sandwich, or just cook a couple or few and have them like a steak. Since they are smaller than a full filet, oven cooking might give you a different result than you want but air frying will make sure the beef is cooked with the results you want. I actually do a butter rub (with herbs and spices) before I air fry because there’s not a lot of fat in them so extra moisture helps.
Hope that helps!

I just received mine today, and immediately defrosted a package to try. I heated up a small pan on my stove top with some butter in it, and seasoned the butter with just a little pepper and salt.
I threw the tips in and cooked them (turning them for even cooking) until done, which for me is rare. They were delicious! And my dog Lucy thought so too!
