Curtis Stone faulty Air Fryer
I cannot get any satisfaction from CS Customer Service.

We are elderly people who were relying on this to cook. We are being requested to stay at home. We cannot get Customer Service to give us a date if or when it will be replaced. We see some of your customers are still waiting from Aug 2020. This is not fair. When you sell this you should explain to customers that the warranty is not being fulfilled. We feel they are stalling us so we go away. If you question them they hang up on you. HSN needs to help with this.

Bought the 14 piece cookware that Curtis sells on HSN. This stuff is poor quality, hard to clean and the baking sheets are junk. We will never buy anything again that has Curtis Stones name on it.

I too had have an issue with the warranty Department. its been 3 weeks , waiting for a refund as the air fryer , was no longer available. HSN should be able to put pressure on these people since they promote the products. Stay away from Curtis stone. After the HSN warranty period is over you can expect no satisfaction

CS Customer Service/ Warranty Department – horrible service, will not honor warranty.
Customer Account Ref# No. 923417 Order Id 815231210Both my husband and myself are disabled who need to use this type of appliance to cook our meals. We have had at least 4, they last 2-3 years. I cannot get Warranty Depart to approve replacement. First they say finish discoloration is not covered, now says I used too much heat. I I cooked hamburgers, bacon, carne asada and pork chops – which need high heat. Are these electric skillets not for cooking meat? . After 4 months everything sticks, finish is worn out and I cannot use anymore. Finish is flaking, scratched. I did not use abrasives or clean with anything harsh – yet the finish looks like – like it was left in the back alley. This is probably not American Made, it would have lasted longer if it had. What is the point of having a warranty if you are not going to honor it. Can someone tell me how I can get this resolved, I cannot talk to any manager or anybody in charge.

I finally got my replacement for Wolfgang Puck’s air fryer after waiting over 3 or 4 months with so much hassle. First time I used it….the timer does not move. WHAT??????? Looks nice all shiny and pretty but flaws. I would never buy any of his air fryers again. This should have been checked out as a replacement before it was sent. Totally unsatisfied after going through what I did. Was told it was shipped and when I kept checking with UPS, they said they had not received it. After my complaint, the woman at the replacement center said, “oh didn’t you get the new tracking number?” That was untrue.

Same problem of replacing the Wolfgang Puck Air Fryer. I bought in August and it lasted one month. It had a one yr warranty. The woman in charge told me they were waiting to ship me a new one as soon as I give my credit card. I did that. That woman sent me an e mail finally, 3 months later saying it was shipped. FED EX has still not received the item. She won’t respond to my e mails. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Hi sage143, All Curtis Stone products are made in china and I found them to be of really poor quality.
I suggest that you keep calling HSN customer service – 800-284-3900 – and always ask to talk with a supervisor. The squeaky wheel gets the grease – so I would “bug” them.
