Curtis stone cast aluminum pan
The surface became Dull. I was under the understanding that these pans were lifetime warranty…..
Not the case
Now I’m stuck with a pan that sticks
-
I have been using Curtis Stone’s dura pans for several years, they are still like new. I use his bakewell too, they are great. I keep adding pieces to my collection.

You are so right. I dumped all of my CS pans. Everything sticks to them
-
I also use his bakeware and they also look like new. However I do put parchment paper on the bottom of the bakeware. Just something I learned in taking many cooking classes.

Nothing has a lifetime warranty. I have CS skillets and saucepans and all are fine. I never use a heat higher than medium high and rarely need that unless stir frying. I do not use metal utensils. I use silicon tipped or wooden utensils. I let the pans cool down if they need to be cleaned. Even if it is no stick, I use a splash of evoo or rub evoo on my protein. I donor put things in the dishwasher. 100% of CS durapans for the stovetop look like new. If I use them in the oven , the temp is never higher than 325F
