Curtis Stone – California warning label?

I have purchased Curtis Stone products in the past and I am interested in the 11 inch grill pan. A few weeks ago I was going to order one of his pans and the representative told me at the end that there is a Prop California warning. I then did not order it. I called today to see if the 11 inch grill pan had this warning. I was told that they could not see this on the website so they were not sure. Does anyone know if there is a California prop warning on this item?

California Prop 65 warning is on just about everything. Jewelry, dishes, cosmetics, gasoline … it’s a really long list.
