Cleaning curtis stone pan

I use something sold on qvc. I use either BioCleaner or Campanelli cleaning paste. I also use a scrub daddy or scrub mommy. BTW I was just taught in cooking classes to use parchement paper . I asked how all their cookware sheets look like new and they said it was the parchment paper. I buy precut sheets. If something runs off the sheets than the clay cleaners I menioned worked great. I have the two cleaners for my glass top range but they also work inside my microwaves and oven.
