Clean Boss

I never bought a product that smelled soooo horrible in my life that was sold as a botenical smell! There is nothing botenical in the bottle I opened. Can’t describe the smell exactly but the only thing I can think of is motor oil. It was so bad that all my kids was asking me, what is that bad smell. Thank goodness I only used on my kitchen sink. I had to wash the smell off over and over, for over an hour. It was making me throw up. I am glad , I didn’t not use it in my shoes. I had bought it for this purpose. Sorry Joy but I have to send it back!

Perhaps it’s like the people that don’t like the taste of Cilantro. Some people just love Cilantro like me, others don’t. I like the smell of Clean Boss, I have no problem with it. And I like the way it cleans well.

While I was somewhat taken aback by the smell initially, I definitely prefer it to the bleach products out there that give me a headache, makes me nauseous and force me to leave my windows open for a few hours. To me the smell is a mixture of herbal and bug spray. Could it be better — yes. However, that it could be said for the majority of cleaners out there on the market. At least, I’m not concerned that I’ve damaged my lungs from the fumes.

I don’t know what people are smelling, I purchased two orders and I absolutely love it. The original had a stronger smell and it didn’t bother me at all. This one, Clean Boss , smell fresh and clean to me. I used 8t in the kitchen and bathroom.

My question is WTH did you think it smelled like when they clearly said it had thymol which is from the herb thyme??
I bought it and love it and yes its a fresh and clean herb smell,not synthetic…People need to pay attention to what is being said!If you didnt know what thymol was you should have googled it!Thats on all of you not Joy or hsn.

So glad I didn’t fall for the okie-doke. I know Joy has a fan base but I had way too many misses with her products. After lawsuits and battles with HSN, why are you even back using this particular platform? She had a movie made about her life. I would imagine someone besides HSN, would partner with her in releasing those jacked up products. I remember there was a TS, for a mobile dryer for clothing. It was large and cumbersome. Also, very loud but wouldn’t dry a sock. HSN, pulled the product…quietly. I called customer service to complain about the product and received ZERO push back. They refunded my money 100pct. I remember asking the rep if I needed to send back the dryer and he said, nope. Someone said they wished Joy and Iman with collaborate again with purses. Iman, don’t you dare! Why would she ever need to do this? Jacked up zippers, with “Joy” on those cheap emblems is something the world can do without. Again, if her products are so stellar, she should be able to make it on her own.

The vast majority of the reviews say the same thing. I can’t believe HSN let this happen again. I didn’t buy it because I returned it last time she sold it. It actually made me sick and the smell never went away. I love Joy’s hangers but I’ve been burned by other products that just weren’t what they were supposed to be. I’m following the reviews with interest.
