Chef Curtis Stone Cookware

Howdy Y’all! I am thinking about purchasing more cookware for my daughter. I have lots of Chef Curtis cookware but right off I cant remember… How hot do the handles get on any of the TWO HANDLE PANS (saute or other JUST TWO HANDLE STYLE)??? Obviously if in the the oven they will be HOT, but I mean just on Stove TOP.
ALSO Chef Curtis!, it would sure be great if you could develop a special cleaner for enmal portion of pans. Mine dont seem to be as Bright and shiny OR CLEAN and ready to go as they did when they were new! I use a scrubby that DOESNT scratch and Dawn detergent to cleanse before putting cookware away.
