I have an older Ming Tsai 12 inch ceramic wok that I love and use almost daily. I would like to see a double side handled 14 inch ceramic wok with domed lid offered for large gatherings. An added bonus would be a roasting rack in the bottom. There are a lot of woks in the market place but only a limited amount that are ceramic and none of those offer a roasting rack.
