Why is the item I ordered on a waitlist when showed availability when ordered
I’ve ordered two items in the last couple weeks. Both items showed an available quantity when I placed my order. When I checked back to see if they shipped, I saw that they were on a waitlist. This has happened in the past and I never received the items. The order was cancelled a month or so later. This is quite disappointing for customers.

HSN’s website seems to be having A LOT of inventory problems lately. Not sure why.

I just ordered a clearance jewelry item, it shows a dozen available, for months if not a year. it went to waitlist. have this in favorites for months and months, it never gets marked down any lower. Finally decide to order. My payment has showed as processed, yet not billed. CSR cannot tell anything other than Good Luck. Why don’t they just remove the item? Obviously they don’t have that item in stock ever!
