Where is Jennifer Juan Chaco Canyon
Now that I see HSN has not responded to customer questions on where is Jennifer Juan, I cancelled my order. I am leary about this lack of a response.

I have seen others asking about Jennifer. And yet no reply from HSN. It makes me wonder if the merchandise is real Native American. When people describe their jewelry as Southern it’s not the same as Native American. Some can be made in other countries like China.

I am watching the new Chaco Canyon representative, and she has mentioned the Native American artisans by name who crafted many of the items presented, and even showed pictures of the artisans. I agree, HSN should tell us what happened to Jennifer Juan, since she represented the company for so long.

I have a few Chaco pieces and they are signed so I believe they are legit. However, I wholeheartedly agree that it is disgraceful that they have never acknowledged the absence of Jennifer.

I would be shocked if anyone from HSN responded to any questions posted here. I can’t remember the last time I saw them pay attention to these chats.
Anyway, it is disturbing that Jennifer is just gone with no explanation. I love my older CC pieces, but I will not buy them now. My trust in HSN and many of their vendor partners has decreased greatly over the last few years and these issues don’t help.

I agree. Chaco canyon is still a good product. The women is the owners daughter I believe. They probably used Jennifer to represent the brand in the beginning because she is native American but now the daughter of the CEO is representing the brand on HSN. It would b nice if they mentioned Jennifer but if the Company let her go they wouldn’t mention it. I stopped buying a lot from HSN because they sell too much junk a lot of very cheap, poorly made clothes and everything. They sell 80% cheap product 20% good decent made product.
