Warranty
Hi all, can someone please tell me what to do…I purchased a necklace from Heidi and the magnet popped out when I was wearing it. I popped it back in and now it will not latch close. I know she has a lifetime warranty and I went on her website to see where to register my jewelry and how to get it fixed and couldn’t find anything. I purchased it from HSN like I do all my stuff. Thanks!

When you purchase an item from Heidi Daus, she stands behind her products!
You should have a little card when you bought the item from HSN. There is the information you fill out and send it to the address. I received my defective item fixed within a short time back. -
