Silver on necklace is tarnished – I just received it last week!
I’m disappointed that the amber necklace I received is tarnished already! How should I go about “shining” it up? Love all your jewelry. My husband walks into the room and I’m watching Jay King or I’m on the computer ordering something – he shakes his head and says “NOT AGAIN”.
Thanks,

Jay King’s items comes with a polishing cloth. You will find it inside the turquoise logo that is in a square cellophane packet. Just open the packet and a cloth should be inside. It’s small, but you can use either side over and over again. Just rub gently and the tarnish should disappear. Or, since you just received it, you can return and order another. Just use the customer service thread within community to let HSN know that the piece is damaged. However, I would first check on line to make sure that the item has not sold out.
By the way, even if this is not a Jay King piece, the tarnishing cloth will work on all your sterling silver. Also, Bali’s items by Robert Manse also has a tarnishing cloth. Hope this helps.
Wishing you and your family a very Happy and Healthy New Year.
