Recently I tried to buy a set of rings, couldn’t do it online, called to place an order, after waiting 4 minutes got the help and purchased it. after almost two weeks of waiting for it I checked to track on it and saw that i was on waiting. Called had to wait 5 minutes to talk to a sales person and another 10 minutes to hear that they were sorry. I cancelled the order and quit HSN for good. Way to keep costumers, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Often the online inventory is not up-to-date. So when I’m unable to order online, I know it is currently sold out. If I really want the item, I check back throughout the day. However, it usually later shows on waitlist.

I had to wait on hold yesterday for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up the phone!!!
