jay King Silver Turquoise & Amber Bead Cross Necklace #790-155

As of today, 05/08/2022, in the video for this item, Jay says cross can be removed. 1 of 2 reviews said it can’t.

Photos & the video appear to agree w/reviewer that the beads go through the cross, but are bigger than hole they pass through, therefore, the cross CANNOT be removed. Jay definitely says in the video that it may be separated.

My intent isn’t to point blame, but merely provide ACCURATE Information on air and online, especially when spending $426 for an item. While Jay is there today (05/08/2022), or at least via video conference, can you please confirm with him, then maybe update item description?

If it’s not an item that will be on during the hours Jay is online by video, can HSN buyers, quality control, and the team who updates the item descriptions on HSN.com make note of it there, so at least you know that you get what you are paying for. I mean if a consumer WANTS the necklace with a pendant that cant be removed, great as long as they know. If a customer EXPECTS it to be removable as Jay says in the video, but then gets the item in the mail after spending over $400 + tax and shipping to find that it is NOT as flexible as expected because the pendant can’t be removed, that is bad service and upset customers.

Honestly, I wouldn’t buy it JUST for the cross that can’t be removed. I like the cross, I like the necklace MORE because of to the greater than usual length from Jay King at 22″ instead of 18″, still with the extender. I’d use it for SO MANY of Jay King’s turquoise pendants, and probably coral, amethyst and others. If the cross is fixed, it’s not appealing to me. Again, that’s my opinion, but correct info is what really matters.
