Jay king necklaces

I returned two of jay king necklaces I bought due to being scratched by wires at the extender, under silver caps. When beads move even tiny bit you can see how the wires are folded over and supposed to be covered. Love his jewelry but now afraid to buy. Hopefully this info gets to him and he finds resolution.
Has anyone else reported this? I reported to CSR when I returned as defective. 😩
