Disgusting!
I just received my recent Heidi Daus purchases and the jewelry is gorgeous beyond compare! However, 3 of the 5 pieces were in gray HSN boxes. Normally, I would not care. But these boxes had disgusting, greasy fingerprints on them!!!! I can’t believe how much this disgusts me! I am appalled at this! I paid for new jewelry in NEW BOXES!! I have no idea what to do. I won’t send the pieces back, they aren’t defective. They were just packed by some worker with poor hygiene.
First, no shipping discount (2 specials ago), now decidedly unhygienic jewelry boxes! I have to seriously rethink buying my jewelry from HSN. Heidi has plenty of specials on her own site and all purchases are in pristine condition. Plus she offers shipping specials….

Susiecst, I agree. The gray boxes I have received have arrived looking pretty dirty and beat up. I would never want to use them to give a gift .The only reason I believe they are being used is they are difficult to open. The blue boxes with the band sometimes the band came off in the package. I guess you can call or write customer service to file a complaint regarding these boxes.

I just do not like the boxes. And I have mega difficulty getting the tops off. I much preferred the blue boxes. I guess these are cheaper.

eeeewwwww! awful, that sounds gross for sure.

I agree with the other comments. I would be very upset too if I received dirty boxes like that with my beautiful jewelry. I know Heidi would not like that because she’s wants her customers happy and get the best of service. I agree, Customer Sv.should send you all new boxes and make this right in every respect.

The boxes are so dreadfully important if you want to give them as a gift! Give us the good boxes for the love….really? You already are gaining the delivery fees. This is not what I would consider great practice if I wanted clients for jewelry.

Worse Customer Service ever. If the customer service rep. Doesn’T feel like dealing with you . She places you back on hold. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I concur! It is sad to say and I never in a lifetime thought that I would feel this way about anything Heidi. However the truth is the truth, the gray boxes are pathetic. Cheap looking and dirty smudges

Remember the days when many of the vendors had their own distinct packaging? Nothing was as elegant as Heidi’s packaging with the gold/black boxes. Now my extensive collection is comprised of the gold/black, blue and gray boxes. Doesn’t make for beautiful storage display.
Lately I’ve been purchasing more of my Heidi pieces directly from her website and they arrive in the gold/black boxes. If I’m giving a gift I try to purchase it on Heidi’s website so that the recipient receives the elegant packaging. The HSN boxes detract from the beauty of the jewelry.
Anything that costs as much as Heidi Daus, Rarities, etc. should not arrive in the ugly, dirty gray boxes. So please bring back Carol Brodie’s original lavender boxes too! My rarities collection is now in three different colors as well. Not pretty!
Cheap, cheap, cheap!
