16 inches
Could you make some of your necklaces shorter than 18″? Most of the 18″ ones are too long for me. Maybe offer two lenghts with 16 and 18 or 20 with the extenders. That way more could be sold.

Artcat, agree! It seems the 16″ necklaces are the ones I wear most, but like the options of 18 or 20.
