What has happened to HSN?
I use to love HSN and watched all day every day. Thought they were so much
better than QVC. Thought they had classier hosts and products. All of a
sudden it seems all they sell is junk AND the same junk over and over.
Just noticed they are doing Christmas in July and everything seems so cheap
and junky. The prices for what they are selling are ridiculous. I wouldn’t
even buy them if they were half the price because they look so cheap.
Anything, I guess to make a dollar!

Ever since they were purchased by QVC their following QVC‘s footsteps, acting like immature idiots to put it mildly. Show the same junk over and over and over and stay on one item for goodness knows how long just like QVC. Oh man HSN I wish you would read these reviews and go back to what you used to be.

I agree – I love the long-time show hosts, but the merchandise is Chinese . Our wonderful country is being destroyed by greed to get items manufactured at a cheap price by Chinese slave labor (those poor suffering people. The CCP have concentration camps torturing untold numbers of people.) The made in China goods are sold in the USA for much more that they are worth. Where the, he//, is the common decency – morality – conscience – self respect – etc of people who deal with China. Big tech and corporate billionaire monsters are the biggest contributors, and lets not forget the current political powers.

Actually, the Christmas in July stuff was always depressing to me. There is no place for it in July. It’s cheesy no matter who’s doing it.

I just recently ordered from HSN after many years and I’m shocked. Even watching the presentations is sad. Most of the merchandise is subpar. My items went right back. They take forever to process a return and in these days of Amazon with other online options they just didnt keep up and have become really dated. Same for QVC. The quality of merchandise is all China. None of these designers are creating a darn thing. They send reps to China, have their name slapped on the label and pretend they’re genious. Everything is from China now. It killed VS. It has ruined our country.

HSN has gone steadily downhill ever since Mindy Grossman left. Can’t believe the difference between what it is like now compared to 7-8 years ago. I wouldn’t be too surprised if it folded altogether in the not too distant future

Used to watch regularly but now I’m bored to tears. They talk about one item ad nauseum. The prices are ridiculous and the hosts over emote or come across like they have been into the gin.

Used to watch regularly but now I’m bored to tears! They talk about the same item ad nauseum and the prices are ridiculous. I’m weary of the remote guests and the hosts that are over the top emoting or the ones that come across like they’re been in the gin.

Hardly ever watch HSN anymore. Nothing on there I really want or care for anymore & the hosts drone on & on before they get to the details you want. I used to love Signature Club A. You don’t see Adrienne on there much anymore & her prices have become outrageous & the products you want are very limited. I will not pay the ridiculous prices for things I used to like that now are all sold out or you have to buy a kit of some sort to get 1 item you want.
Oh well, no loss on my part, Many items & brands they used to carry have been replaced by similar, lesser quality items.
That’s ok by me…I don’t need to spend any money on HSN w/inflation & gas prices out of control & shipping costs through the roof.

I sometimes wonder if HSN is trying to go out of business. Last night I was bored and thought I would watch Diane Gilman. I was amazed at the cost of her products. The ugliest looking tied dyed jeans were $88.00. When you figure in the tax and shipping that is over $100.00. Well, I think that is ridiculous. Then, Amy and Diane go on and on about what an amazing deal it is. By the way I noticed that Iman’s clearance items have also gone up. I sure miss the old HSN that would bring reasonably priced, high quality items. This girl is taking her business elsewhere.

I have stopped buying DG2 clothing. The sizes are not consistant & the material is not the same as a few years ago. Thankfully I have too many of her jeans in many colors. Until I find out the quality is back to normal I will not purchase anymore. I have never had good luck with her tops or jackets.

…and on top of that no coupons, no “fun” (spin to win coupons, coupons on your dashboard, participation with “codes” on TV for coupons like customer appreciation month or HSN Birthday month), S/H prices are outrageous, no more buy more save more and it takes FOREVER to get items… and now HSN just raised their prices (again) on their clearance items (they did it a few times over the past couple years but never by this much!) I’ve heard of clearance prices going down but UP? Ridiculous!!! (ex: Heidi Daus “Fancy Lady, Fancy That” Simulated Pearl Beaded Necklace 732-981 — I bought it on clearance June 9th (2021) for $75.74 – now the “clearance” price is $78.39 and still $5.50 shipping! While I’m sad about all these problems with HSN, mu husband is ELATED! Take care everyone and please read this stuff HSN and try to make some changes. for you loyal customers and hopefully new customers.

I learned my lesson about returning items and waiting for a refund! Unless I really hate, or can’t wear the clothing due to sizing, I’ll make due with whatever I purchased. Even if you carefully check the sizing on HSN charts, sometimes the fit is horrible. And I don’t think most of the hosts give us enough info that we need. The sizing on the models doesn’t help either. Most of what they wear is ill fitting, and much too small.

It is amazing how cheap the products seem to be over the last couple of years. The clothes are dated and cheap—and often they make a special value but if you look at the product, the reviews are scathing!!! But HSN makes a todays special value and advertises as though its “gold”.
I just received a letter regarding a Bioscience product that I could return based on false claims made—and it was 150 days after I bought it.I dont buy as much which is a shame. And speaking of “what happened tp HSN”—I sent a few items back and HSN still hasnt processed the refund and they have been in possession of the return since 6/23/2021 according to USPS tracking.

It would be helpful to their customers if, when presenting a product, the hosts would let us know where the products were manufactured. We have a right to know, and make a decision whether to buy the item or not. Maybe this would encourage HSN to focus on made in America products?
