Sychrony Bank is a Rip off.

I purchase an item on HSN and used flex pay for 6months no interest. Ok fast forward paying my bill initially my flex payment was $23.32 cents Synchrony charged me $25.00 min payment, my assumption was that I’m payring over the flex payment so I’m cool. So I thought, I kept wondering why my bill was gettin higher every month so I inquired, well Sychrony tell me that if I’m not paying the balance in full every billing cycle I’m being charged a fee. So I’m saying I thought it was no interest free as long as you pay the flex payment every month, not so, if you don’t pay your remaining balance you will be charged a fee. Thes CC company know how to make money off of you. Flex pay in their mine doesn’t apply to them. So I ended having to pay them $109.30 when my flex pay balance was 46.44. So I say never use your HSN card for flex pay unless you plan on giving Sychrony Bank a cut.

This bank is a rip I off I will be closing My account with hsn and this bank they have stole money from me. Big time shame on this bank😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

why are all these posts posted on this chat board now,? two and three years ago? why weren’t these posted then? what’s going on with synchrony bank is deception. this law suite should’ve been posted back in august 2021! why put these past post up.now hsn?! this lawsuit is long over! it’s 2021 !!

Our family purchased a $400 gift that we attempted to pay in-full for and were systematically guided by an HSN employee to alternatively accept “interest-free payment plan” which was fraud from inception to intentionality transfer us to SYNCHRONY BANK which we believe usuriously charged us triple the rate of interest with additional penalties and costs.

<stro HSN and Synchrony Bank is a Rip off. They need to be investigated. I paid off my HSN flexpays in full on time and Synchrony bank tells me they haven’t received all my payments which I made online through HSN website. Synchrony bank was charging me late fees for a paid off account. The banks only explanation was that I needed to pay Synchrony and HSN on separate accounts! Are you kidding me.

If all my payments were suppose to be paid directly to Synchrony please explain why dose HSN allow customers to make payments on their website and not report the payments to the Synchrony bank which they are affiliated with? They even had nerves to report on my credit causing me to lose points. I will never in this lifetime purchase anything from these fraudulent companies again. I pray they both go out of business real soon. Buyer beware, purchase from HSN at your own risk, you’ve been warned.

I would never have an account with that Bank! Not worth it! Sorry what you went through. I’d close out my account with them as soon as I could.
