Something is wrong with the website

Weeks like this… this is regarding the presentation videos when you click to replay…What is going on with the silent videos? I hate when you click to watch you don’t get the sound of the videos.It is something that is new and I hate it.It is not just the app it is the site on safari and chrome.

I have replied to this comment multiple times in other categories on the forums. Rest assured, I have submitted this concern to IT. to help. Can you please reply to one of your posts in the Customer Service topic with the device, browser, and any other information that you believe can help IT pinpoint the issue?
