Samsung Qled 4k 50" TV

Think twice before purchasing a Samsung TV from HSN. This TV came with a 2-yr extended warranty I reached out to HSN 1st, and they told me to contact Samsung. I did this started 9-30-22 and they still have yet to send a service tech out to fix the TV. Samsung have finally acknowledged that I have a 2-yr warranty 11-16-22 but I’m still trying to get the TV serviced. They kept cancelling my ticket number & the reason saying warranty out of service. I’ve called HSN several times asking them to help or make a call. I did on 1 call to Samsung 3-way a call with an HSN rep. and she explained the warranty was for 2-yrs but the supervisor we were talking to yelled @ us & said they never have 2-yr extended warranties. So, heads up I’m keeping hope alive. If someone else in my family wants a Samsung TV, we will go to Sam’s club because I know they honor their warranties. We were looking the 70″ TVs, on HSN not anymore.

That’s crazy! If they tried that BS with me, I’d go as far up at Samsung as I possibility could! Someone is LYING. If not Samsung, then HSN.
I’d also smear whoever was the dishonest company on every social media site I knew of!!😠😡

  Just wanted to thank you for your concern and let you know that what I did worked and I received a check for the broke TV today. I hate that we had to go though alot to get them to finally paid but my mother taught us better late then never. I’m not thinking about buying any Samsung products for along time even thou I love the other TV’s we brought that are working. I’m glad God answered our prayers.   So happy for you that you got your money back! I have numerous Samsung electronics and cell phones and I’ve never really had a problem with any of them & never had to use their warranty. Good luck with whatever TV brand you go with the next time! Best Buy honors their warranties & products, for sure.
