Samantha Brown Luggage Repair
I just paid $40.00 to have the retractable handle on my Samantha Brown carry on suitcase repaired. I have the beautiful orange crocodile design with a matching overnight tote. The handle kept getting stuck and the repair isn’t too stable either. I’d hate to lose this luggage because it is so lovely. It seems it’s not for sale on HSN anymore.

I just had an unfortunate accident with my carry-on suitcase and also need to have the retractable handle replaced. May I ask where you had the repair done? I’m having difficulty having it replaced locally in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Same here. Found a place but said they would need me to purchase the handle assembly. Haven’t found one yet.

What city are you in because mine needs to be repaired as well. I love the luggage, but sure frustrating I can’t really use it to travel at the moment. I would really love to get it repaired, it’s so pretty, and I just love the functionality of it all working together with the tote as well.

My repair was done at a small shop in Richmond, Va. I noticed another Samantha Brown suitcase in there too that was being repaired. It’s a shoe/leather repair shop but I’m not sure how long this repair will last. I love the look and function of my Samantha Brown suitcase and cross body carry on. It’s the orange crocodile set and it’s so easy to keep track of while flying. I hope the new line I see on air will have a more stable retractable handle.

I purchased the Samantha Brown Croco set in Burgandy and the wheels never rolled! I literally have to drag the luggage. I called her customer service, and no one picked up! It was if it was a fake number. I really want to have the wheels fixed so I can use my luggage of 5 years that’s just collecting dust. It was an expensive purchase. The few times I’ve tried to use it with high hopes the wheels just don’t roll! In NYC one needs serious luggage. If anyone has an idea or a contact for her directly that would be super. Thank you so kindly.

I had to have my Turquoise Crocodile wheel repaired back in 2017 and I too notice that the handle on it and my 24″ spinner is unstable. I had that wheel repaired at Sterns Cobbler Shop in Landover, Maryland 3321 75th Ave. Ste B. Landover, MD 20785. Directions · (301) 583-0557. I am about to call them now to see if they still repair luggage as my handle on the 24″ has broken which is plastic “Soft PLastic” Cannot understand why she would use Soft Plastic for handles.
