OVERKILL
Jay King is a fine man, however HSN is like milking this visit with 4 whole days of his 2 and 3 hour block shows. Why???? Are there NO other items to present this weekend? Your killin me HSN so boring. I wish things would go back to before the Q joined hands.

Yes I understand the concept of “showcasing” but 5 days straight and 2 and 3 hours long, I mean I DO change the channel btw, but I’m just stating that I would like to see other faces than his every time I tune in. See what I’m saying. They don’t do that for anyone else and it is Diane Gilmans day today with her TS, so she should be on more than him. Whatever I am done with this post so don’t even bother replying anyone. Have a GREAT day

@babbs1966, I understand. I appreciate and understand your post. Because of this particular forum I’m determined to learn how to state my opinion without making someone else wrong for “their” opinion. Some folks think it’s because of “other” people that people don’t participate more in the community, while overlooking the clickish behavior of many. I too get bored with vendors that don’t represent my interest. Although I have some Jay King…I am more of a clothing/shoes girl. I also realize this is not everyone’s thing. So I search the schedule and set reminders for items I’m interested in. Hold on @babbs1966, you’ll have your perfect viewing day that someone else will absolutely hate!!

I actually started watching HSN because of Jay King. Before that, I had never watched any of the shopping channels. I haven’t liked a lot of the changes to HSN, but they are trying to make it more profitable. I would rather HSN be like this, than go out of business.
If Jay’s jewelry was all made in the USA, it would be more expensive. The only thing I watch over on QVC is Carolyn Pollack & her American West jewelry. Her jewelry is made here, but you get less for the price. She usually uses small pieces of turquoise. I buy way more of Jay’s pieces than Carolyn’s.
I don’t like that they have the Beekman’s on so much, but I just turn the channel.

His pieces are nice but everything is made in China , very disappointing .

Why wouldn’t they showcase Jay King? Many love his pieces and the story of each product. If his jewelry didn’t sell, they wouldn’t have him on so many time slots.
