No product still took money!!!

I am highly upset not only was my flex pay denied but they still took funds a random amount might i add now im on my rent due to the fact i was ordering fpr a friend and since it was denied she still wants her money however now it who’ll have to cone out of my rent money bc hsn has it and refuse to give me product smh i was going to try my chime bank card but am kinda worried you guys will steal from me again

@cc873aniya It’s more than likely just an authorization that unfortunately will take a few days to “fall” off. They don’t actually “collect” your money unless the order is actually successful, which it sounds like it wasn’t. They don’t technically collect your funds, until the item order itself goes through.
