Long time shopper

I have been a member since 1989. So we are in the same club. I live in PA and I am not impressed. I have a different issue. The hosts are just average or below. I agree. My issue is the products. I haven’t seen anything really new and different in long before the move. I sure hope that changes. I haven’t really purchased much in months. As far as QVC goes, they are not much better. I have always felt those hosts thought their own poop didn’t stink. If the buyers get new and different products, the products will sell themselves with minimal host intervention. I never really cared much about what they say on either channel. Just my observations. Good Luck.

I am also a long time shopper and have spent so much money on HSN it’s ridiculous. Not too happy with any of the new changes including how the whole TV screen is covered with so much written information, it practically covers up what’s actually being presented. And who hired some of the newer hosts? They are so bad, I have to turn the channel. Not surprised sales went down. Not even a head scratcher as to why. Someone really started making bad decisions for HSN in the last couple years.
Suzanne Runyan is the best, fo!lowed by Debbie D. They present the products so p!easantly and allow the vendor to speak.
Also, what happened to the TSV? It’s the same vendors over and over. I am watching less often, which is a good thing for my money.
I do not like QVC either. Too bad they bought HSN and had it moved to PA.

You’re the first couple of people who I’ve heard have my Nov 1983 start date beat. I am not in FL, so I couldn’t have picked up my purchases but how fun that must have been!!!

I agree though. I have not seen EVEN ONE model who weara larger than a size medium since they got to PA. Kenyah was perfect for so many. I am not plus sized, but I am petite (although I have long legs, so I usually get regular or tall inseams for pants). There have been TWO petite models (Felicia on Marla’s show and I didn’t catch the name of the model on DG2’s last show). Diversity is super important, as is telling how tall each model is, as well as what sizes they are wearing – Each show they are on. As well as each piece of clothing they are showing – the stats graphic they used to how for each model was so helpful.

We’re grateful that you’ve been with us since 1982, @clash. As a native of St. Pete, my family went to pick up our orders, too. I share your fondness for the area, and the history of HSN there.
