i like hsn……

I doubt the complaints and comments on this forum will drive HSN out of business.

Actually, I don’t think anyone is trying to drive HSN out of business. I think the long-time customers, such as myself, have expected and rec’d such great customer service and high quality from HSN. It is apparent to me and others that something has changed. I don’t buy much anymore and that is not by choice. Perhaps this is all part of the transition. I hope so.

Me too. I love them both but can’t buy shoes without trying on and don’t care for any food items I bought. I love Patricia Nash, Samantha Brown, Jay King and Perlier, and M. Asam.

We all like HSN and shop here but most of us not all have complaints and we are probably the ones who spend the most money purchasing from HSN, so we are entitled to complain if we feel something needs improvement and HSN doesn’t listen to the customers. QVC has 97% of their clothing in petites & HSN doesn’t that is my complaint. I also love HSN’s customer service this is a site where we can come and compliment HSN and also criticize them when we want.
If you love everything about HSN good for you that is wonderful.

amen I agree with you, too many complaints over nothing, seem like they’re trying to drive hsn out business, and that’s my opinion
