HSN/QVC Complete Opposite For Youtube

Seeing as how QVC and HSN are owned by the same company…
Does anybody have any clue why QVC videos on youtube of the presentations do not ever include the description bar on the side of the screen? Theres nothing. No price, no description. Nothing there. HSN shows it just the same as when its live though.
Why would QVC not want to show anything at all? I find that strange. Hard to buy something if theres zero info on the screen.
