HSN Order Fulfillment

Actually gas prices are killing companies. I heard gas is going over $8 this year in California. I check and track to know what is coming but I never ever blame a product. Reviewers who give bad reviews for that are misleading people. Review the product is the fair thing to do not shipping, a lot of things can get bad reviews for shipping, That is useless to me, I never buy because of shipping but the quality of the product is what reviews is for. If I ordered something I’m just happy to get it.

Everybody knows that Shopping Channels, like HSN, QVC etc. cannot exist whit out US, shoppers,
So, maybe it’s time to change, what’s not been working. and TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I have, with millions of other shoppers, spent Thousands of dollars. Now it’s even more expensive,
many items cost, $3.14 and shipping is $5.50. Really????????
At least the TS should have free shipping, and whatever Vendor have a TS, then all of their item should be free shipping at least that day.
I’M SURE, HSN/VENDOR WOULD SELL MORE PRODUCT.

My orders, even after 5 days still “PACKAGING” Unbelievable. Called CS yesterday, He said, ” well maybe it’s shipped, but it’s just not showing.” Sorry, I can’t help you.
A few times, they Cancelled my order, because they waited so long to ship, that it was sold out.
NO, WHEN I ORDERED, IT WAS NOT ON WAITLIST.
What??? What a Great CS support after 20+ years, I’m done ordering from HSN.
Until I receive the item takes 2 weeks or more.
If and when I have a Return, well that’s another story, takes forever to receive the refund. Oh only after I call, then another 4+ days to receive a refund.

Well, I think HSN should look at Amazon Shipping/Returning platform.
I receive the item same day or within 2 days. Just yesterday I returned an item to UPS at 8:45am, received an e-mail at 9:35am, for The Refund of the returned item.

that’s what I call Taking care of customers.

I understand the change in ownership, I understand maybe they’re shorthanded, and ETC.

So much have changed over the years, that Unfortunetly it’s not as Pleasureable to shop at HSN anymore.

In the past, I placed an order at least 4-5 times per week, because I was an HSN GIRL ,
as I told all my friend, neighbors, coworkers, who I turned to HSN from QVC.

Yes agreed! I ordered the TS from Skinn on Apr 27th and got an email that it is delayed due to shipping?? Was supposed to arrive now by the 12th of May and it still hasnt shipped yet. I am ready to stop shopping on HSN!

I used to receive orders faster, too. I think HSN had a warehouse on the west coast that they closed and now everything ships from the east coast.

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate your input. I detest shopping in just about every form.

I am so over shopping with HSN because it takes so long to get your order, sometimes they send the wrong size, and the shipping is too high. Just doesn’t make sense. There was a time when it may have been a good deal, but those days are over. There are so many more options out there now.
