HSN AND QVC NEVER SHOULD HAVE MERGED
I have been with HSN since 1990 and they were fun to watch. A lot of products aired in one hour and many vendors…Also, if you bought for instance one blouse you paid s/h and the second and so on would be half s/h. Now, they are outrages in s/h and you pay s/h for each item…also return fees are crazy; you are charged s/h for return plus original s/h. HSN is like QVC on one product for 1/2 hr. which is boring and annoying (how many times do you have to say the same thing over and over?)..Then they have the same old tired vendors week after week and also their same vendors TSV. WE NEED NEW VENDORS, MORE PRODUCTS, BETTER MODESLS. This is my opinion and what I have observed…HSN IS NOT LIKE THEY USE TO BE…I NOW WATCH THEM LESS AND LESS…..

@californiagold, we’re disappointed to hear we haven’t been meeting your expectations lately. We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us and will work to improve our presentations in the future. 🙂

The best days of HSN were when Mindy Grossman was President. We had so many apparel and jewelry vendors with great styles. I have two HSN cards and charged 10’s of thousands of dollars in those days. I hardly watch anymore and owe nothing on my cards, because so there is so little I want to buy now. I mostly buy some IMAN and Marla Wynne and I just bought one Christan Serrano outfit. I only buy jewelry now from Rarities. It’s too bad they lost a lot of money from customers like me.
