Hosts that Hype the Truth
Recently, I have begun to formulate opinions on certain Hosts that are decieving in their presentation and I was wondering, do the Hosts get a commission on what is purchased during their presentation.??? Sarah and Suzanne tend to mislead in their support of the products and I am now turned off. Sarah promoted this hair care Moremo Miracle 10 which was total garbage and did the opposite of what she said. I have listened to her about Jay King and that too is exaggerated. Ditto to Suzanne. Debbie Denmon is real and explains it well and she relates to the buyers by her honest descriptions. Adam can be wonderful and honest but he is also known to distort. The hosts are really the clinch pin to determine whether you want to try buy something. I am not able to determine who to listen to. Does anyone else have an opinion on this. The qustion is, do they get a commission on what is actually purchased during their presentation?

I hear you… but they are salespeople, don’t forget…
It did seem that HSN was “less salesy” before moving to PA. And most of the hosts you mentioned have noticeably shifted to the hard-sell, over-exaggerated statements to get us to buy whereas previously in FL they were a lot more conversational. I’m guessing HSN execs are putting the pressure on for better sales…
And while it feels like the tenured hosts are hard-selling, watching the newer hosts feels like they are hardly selling anything because so many of them obviously don’t know anything about the product.
