Helen Cheney
She always interrupting the guest. I have to change the channel when she’s on.

She’s horrible, why they keep her is beyond me.

Quite a few of their show hosts annoy me mostly because they are constantly interrupting the guest, like they know more about the product than they do. I have to change the channel or mute it. Evidently they hire just anyone now!!

You all are WAY too harsh and inconsiderate of the hosts.
Not just Helen.. but everyone. People like Ty Mayberry and Tina are doing what they are told by the HSN producers. They act “extra happy” or “extra talkative” because theyre told to.
AND they are very well aware that their co-workers have been let go in just the past few months. Co-workers that were there for a decade or more, gone in an instant without warning.
The hosts know that could happen to them at any day, without warning or a 2nd chance.Several times in my career I’ve been the hard-head at work.. boss tells you to do something you shouldnt have to, and you can either follow it or face the repercussions when they see you’re not doing what they told you to.
I’ve lost multiple jobs that way “I’m an independent person, someone else cant tell me how to act” …. and its almost never a good feeling when youre let go by the person(s) who is your boss.If you dont like the station, dont watch… but the hosts are told to act the way they do… thats not going to change anytime soon. Its not the hosts fault… theyre just trying to keep their job. Have some compassion and empathy.

HSN is not giving us something for free. Everyone has a right to his/her opinion. If anyone has a problem or gripe with the way a host is presenting products, I see no problem with anyone expressing his/her opinion. I don’t feel sorry for them in the least. Most of us have been in a situation where we are fighting to keep his/her job and make much less. I respect your view on things, but the only way HSN will know how a host is coming across is when someone says something…good or bab.

“HSN is not giving us something for free” ??? What does that even mean??
They are providing a free service, to anyone who tunes in to the channel and shows. Free of charge. Its a publicly broadcast channel. Free to anyone, anywhere, at any time… just the same as ABC or CBS.
They are not charging anybody anything to watch their shows and channel. I buy maybe 1 thing a year from HSN/QVC… but I watch the channel 350+ days a year.
QVC/HSN owes you nothing mookie… the faster you understand that concept in life, the easier and more enjoyable life will be for you. You arent entitled to anything. HSN is not your mother or father. They are providing a free service, to anyone who tunes in to the channel and shows. We wonder why our world is so up?
Well…. whenn we have senior citizens who make accounts on HSN message boards to complain about HSN hosts and how the hosts owe them something theyre not being given (on a free program)… well, its easy to see why we’re where we are as a country.Get over yourself… its HSN and free TV.
I’m a 31 year old male… been watching the channel since I was 12-13 years old. I am eternally grateful for the countless hours and days it has provided me entertainment and a way to get away from the world for a short while. The way the presenters are always so happy and upbeat goes a long way in making my day a little bit brighter.
I am somebody who really thrives off of other peoples positivity.
In The Kitchen With Bob Bowersox on QVC is what made me start watching. I wanted to be a chef from very young and I’ve made it my whole working career.
