Many of us have been long time customers and have been loyal to you through several new owners and management. The current owner and merge with QVC has been a bomb. You have lessened or done away with many incentives to purchase from you. 3,4,5, and 6 flex pays are nice but FREE s/h would be awesome. Many of your Vendors have their own sites and offer amazing deals, who do you believe we’ll choose? This open letter is also directed at QVC and .

They’ve censored you. They’ve done that to me a few times too just for words they didn’t like – no profanity or anything like that. I was surprised. I don’t watch hsn except for craft days, and with that last one and removal of $5 total shippng for the day and their extremely high shipping costs on individual items, I not only didn’t buy anything that day, but it has put me off their craft days entirely. That, and getting new items sooner than elsewhere, were the only remotely special things about buying from them. I have done much better elsewhere, even if I’ve had to wait for awhile.

Shipping and Handling charges are deal breakers for me. If I want to buy ten items over $100.00, why should I pay s/h on each item that can add up to at least 35.00 depending on the item?

  I wasn’t even finished adding craft items to my shopping basket on that last craft day, and the shipping had already added up to about $80. I was waiting for the price to change to $5 shipping, and when that didn’t happen I deleted everything and switched off hsn.
