Charge For Returns?

I have had my HSN card for years and one perk was no charge for returns. No one mentioned they changed this policy. I was a regular customer for 25 years. Now I have to pay $7.50 to return a slinky outfit that is not my style. I’ll keep it and run errands in it w my coat on! I won’t buy anything from HSN again. Donna J Schweitzer

I have an HSN card I get reimbursed $5.00 in spendable cash for returns up to 6 per year. You might have better luck posting this in the customer service area for a response from HSN.
