Can't Order!!!
I can’t understand how HSN sells products and have you believe that returning is ok. But it really is a problem. However, I have tried to get them to rethink the advertisement for products they “HARD SALE” on television.
If something doesn’t fit right then you return it. If the product does not fit your skin type, you return it and that’s exactly what I did. But however, they want to ban you. They should stop telling people they can return things when there’s really a limitation on what you return.

Something’s wrong if they can’t see that someone received a returned item again. How are they tracking product success/failure and other data without accurate inventory control? Worse, why alienate an obviously sincere buyer? It sounds like they assumed bad faith without checking all the boxes or customer care is at war with management!

Hello, I have reached out to HSN about three times and when I called in regards to my reaching out to them, they want to tell me they still will not open up my account again. However, I’m trying to make sense of the reason for closing my account and I’ve also explained my side but all they can say is we have sent you letters about this but we will not open your account.
Leslie, I still don’t understand. I’m trying to make things right. Why can’t they make it right to me as a consumer?-
If they sent warning letters, the letters would explain your return percentage and possible repercussions. QVC has banned people for life, which is their right as a retailer. Target also bans customers who return too much.

I am sorry to hear that you can’t order. That is truly not a good thing!
A while back I ordered some sheets (“South Street Loft” brand) and the warehouse sent me the wrong print (one that I already had .. so ordered another print OR so I thought). I did an exchange. When I received the exchange, the warehouse once again sent me the wrong print (the same wrong print). I called HSN and spoke with a rep and the rep stated that they only allow one “free” exchange. I, then, explained to her what happened and the postage was waived. Well, they sent the wrong print again so I called HSN once again! This time I ordered a completely different print that I did not have hoping not to receive the same one that the warehouse kept sending me in error. Finally, when I received the sheet set, it was what I picked out in lieu of what I really wanted (as I was afraid to attempt to order the print I really wanted). They cured me from purchasing South Street Loft brand from them …. nice sheets, but could not seem to get the print I really wanted.
I don’t usually return items; however, recently I received a Diane Gilman jacket in chambray and decided that I preferred the midtone instead. I did an exchange and HSN sent me INDIGO instead of chambray. I will be returning the INDIGO without bothering to try to exchange. It seems that the two times that I have attempted to “exchange” something with HSN that it has been nothing but trouble! The sheet set was NOT a mistake on my part as the warehouse sent me the WRONG print and I just wanted it corrected. The second one, the DG jacket, was just because I changed my mind on the color. I guess I will “eat” the postage on the return because I tried to call them in regard to the wrong DG jacket being sent to me as an exchange and their reps were just too busy and I did not want a call-back due to the phone ringing late at night.
Both times that I have attempted to exchange (one exchange …. the sheet set …. DUE to HSN’s error; second exchange … the jacket … due to my own preference), HSN has sent me the wrong print\color …. one that I did NOT request as a replacement). HSN apparently does not like too many exchanges according to your post. Well, I don’t like errors when I request something specific and they can’t seem to follow through … especially when they seem to repeatedly mess up. I like HSN. I really do, but I will not ever EXCHANGE anything else that comes from HSN. (And I will not probably be shopping at QVC so no worries there).
