you tube cutting in to hsn item video

hi’ are anyone on this board as your watching a hsn vedio on a item you may buy,are you getting like YouTube channel that cut in on the vedio, you’ll see them on the vedio they’ll say what’s going on,? I was watching curtis stone bread maker and trumps lawyer cut in to the vedio before it was finished displayed the lawyer posted what it was. this just started ether yesterday or Sunday. the customer service rep I just spoke with said it’s happening on mobile phones. is it happening to anyone on here? it’s scary.i want to know how are they tracking me. thank you.
