Wolfgang puck 23 piece cookware set smells. uninstalls are old and dirty.
today I got my Wolfgang puck 23 piece cookware set and when I opened it, the utensils are old smeared and dirty and they smell bad. I was ordering the stainless steel but was told to get the copper and now I wish I got the stainless steel. when I read the reviews most are bad with there old and dirty and I then knew what to expect when I get mine. I don’t know what much I can do to clean up the utensils there scratches smears there old returns going back years probably stored away for a today special such as this one years later to stick them in. I have another Wolfgang puck utensil set in orange with the rack so’ much more better for the holiday’s.i’ll do my best to see if I can clean them up. I’m disappointed in Wolfgang puck and HSN.

Hi sunshine. I would definitely try to return the set. The cost for shipping will be returned based on the reason why you need to do this. If the original box is damaged, I would contact customer service and ask if you could use another box for the return. UPS has boxes that you can use for this purpose. You should not try to clean this yourself.

Sunshine, you need to return it and get a label for free return from HSN due to the poor condition of the item.
