Why is HSN shipping so slow?
I don’t understand why they are so slow. They say that when they get a huge order of an item it might take longer to receive it, but their shipping has always been slow with everything I’ve bought in the last 25 plus years with them. The only company worse than them was QVC, but after I complained to them, my order actually arrived rather quickly, so I know they are capable of quicker shipping. HSN has lost so much of my business because of this. If I need something to arrive sooner than 2 1/2 to 3 weeks I buy elsewhere.

Shipping to my area has actually improved. It was never really bad, but since the move to PA, things arrive quicker.

Yesterday I ordered from Amazon in the morning and received my order that evening.

I agree but my items don’t take 2 1/2 weeks that is really long. My orders would come usually 5 days now it is 7 to 10 days which is quite long compared to what it used to be.

I have found that Old Navy, Target, Kohls, and JC Penney, Dillards, Vermont Country Store, all have faster shipping than HSN which is slow. I have also shopped with Soft Surroundings and Coldwater Creek and they are slower also. What other clothing places are you ordering from that are faster because I get tired of waiting so long myself.
