Why does it take so long to ship

It has been four days since my order of an item I needed for an event and it is still in packaging mode. If an item is a TS, why are they not prepared for the increase. Now it looks like it I won’t have my garment for my event. So disappointed.

It has been 3 days since my order has been in packaging stage. I needed the item for an upcoming trip . Why is this taking so long to ship and why are they not prepared for the volume of packaging items. Unfortunately now it looks that I will not have it by the estimate delivery date. Very disappointing since that is the reason I brought it, thinking it would be delivered by the estimated delivery date.

Update – A few hours after I posted this, I got a notice that it had shipped. 99% of my packages are coming by Postal service which usually add two days to delivery. This package says delivery by UPS so it may be here on time.

it should ship out at midnight. if not then it will ship on the eight day . hsn is now 10 days to recieve our orders which is why i stopped buying from hsn. being it’s christmas season im ordering things now so I’ll get them before Christmas Christmas. they lost more then half of there customers.
