Where's my ticket points?

When I play arcade games I no longer get tickets points. It’s been going on for 3 days now. What’s going on? I have an android phone. Everything was working fine up until 3 days ago.

Hi @kimmiekay13 & @tony1960, we’re currently making some updates to our arcade and starting 10/2, tickets will no longer be awarded for playing games, but you will have until the end of the year to redeem your tickets in the Rewards Store. Tickets will be a thing of the past to make room for an improved, faster experience and fresh fun and new games while you shop, only at HSN!

@kimmiekay13, they are no longer giving tickets, but you still receive a score for your game.
