Where's my refund??

Ordered December 2021 an returned DG crepe pants in January 2022. For some reason her sizing is not what it used to be. Quality is slipping and I’ve been a DG follower for 20+ years. Here it is the middle of February and still no credit has been issued. Very disappointed with HSN’s customer service.

I had to call in for my refunds. Most likely they have already returned in their system but have not returned to your credit card…not sure what is going on, but I only shopped at HSN because I trusted I would get my money back as quickly as I spent it. I think that now I will let all of my orders complete with flexpays and stop shopping online. I can’t even exchange online anymore. One would think that QVC would continue on with HSN policies since thy were more customer friendly. Just think, no more UPS…now it is snail mail eeryday, no self exchanges and now no refunds unless you call to check on them.
