What’s the worst thing you bought on home shopping?
Curious to know what is the worst product you ever bought on a home shopping channel?

A Joy Mangano suitcase. It didn’t hold anywhere near as much as she said.
I did like her ‘ My Little Steamer’s and hangers. That’s all! -
Every last Adrien Arpel product. I would fall for the hype and then be disappointed. That was years ago. I learned a lesson. I also purchased Wen haircare and it made my hair like straw and fall out like crazy.

Beauty products (foundations) that are supposed to fill in and minimize wrinkles. Not one of them has ever worked for me and usually all they do is look cakey and accentuate what they are supposed to improve. Also, lip pumpers that are nothing more than glorified lip gloss.

Lately, it is clothing that simply doesn’t fit due to poor manufacturing.

Wagner 925e steam cleaning machine. It’s not that the product is necessarily bad, but that HSN fails to indicate that its return–except for defective machines which will only be exchanged for another unit–has to be returned at buyer’s expense. No discount HSN return label provided by HSN or Wagner. Nothing in the host’s presentation nor the description indicates that the buyer has to pay for what is an expensive return plus insurance. So first indication that buyer is on the hook for return postage for an item, that could have been purchased locally and returned easily, is once the item arrives. I was trying to return as unit did not clean as shown on the tv demo. the old saying: buyer beware.
