What has happened to HSN?

I agree. I have been a member for almost 30 years and find that the hosts oversell and misrepresent most of the items, leading to disappointment and LOTS of returns. They need to start disclosing caveats such as health contraindications for certain beauty/health instruments; e.g., laser hair removal, Adrienne’s line eraser, etc. as well as being truthful about other general items. This is costly to both HSN and customers which leads to increased prices being passed along to customers.
