What is going on with the silent videos? I hate when you click to watch you don’t get the sound of the videos.

I have had problems with this no sound issue for a while. Now I am not being allowed to write a product review until I remove the Ad Blocker from my computer.
I will not be making any changes to my computer in order to do business with HSN and QVC.
I will not be purchasing things when I cannot know what other people that have purchased the products think.

I totally hear you. It’s a pain when technology gets in the way of what you want to do, @ecg1.
The good news is that you don’t have to change your computer or uninstall anything. Your ad blocker is like a brave little guard at the top of your screen that’s just trying to protect you from ads, but it’s accidentally blocking the review box that pops up when you go to leave a review. Most ad blockers have a simple ‘Power’ button or a ‘Pause’ switch right in the corner of your browser. It’s usually just one click to turn it off for a second while you post your review, and then you can click it right back on. It’s a quick way to make sure your voice is heard without messing with your settings. Hope that helps explain.

Can you provide any device/browser information such as the model of the devices being used and the exact browsers? I would like to provide this to our IT team so that they can pinpoint the issue. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for letting me know, I’m sorry it is still not working. The request has been submitted to IT to repair it. If you have the option, I would suggest viewing from a different device such as another phone, tablet, or laptop in hopes the sound works from another device. When IT replies with status we will be sure to return and let you know.

Having the same problem. No sound after clicking on the speaker icon

I responded to this on a few other posts of yours, and I realize this one is older, but on most videos there should be a speaker icon with a small “x” or possibly a slash through it. If you see this icon I would suggest trying to click on it just in case the videos are muted. Most are muted initially and you would need to click the icon to activate the sound. I have left the IT ticket submitted just in case, but please let us know if you try this and it doesn’t work.
